COURSES

Many people still wonder how surfboards are made today. The surf market has more than 90% of its surfboard production through 3D design, from performance boards to LongBoards and SUP/Racer.

We offer 3D Design courses for shapers, beginners and experts alike, and even for you surfers who have the desire to produce their own surfboards!

We also offer courses to develop Surfboard Machining Machine Operators!

Many people still wonder how surfboards are made today. The surf market has more than 90% of its surfboard production through 3D design, from performance boards to LongBoards and SUP/Racer.

This course caters from the Shaper who has been making surfboards for some time as well as beginners in the surfboard production process.

You will learn in practice how to design a surfboard from scratch using the correct tools and references of boards that he has already produced or that he has kept in his physical stock.

In this process it is also necessary the training "understanding your surfboard", where you can identify what is the composition of your current board so you can understand where you can improve or modify to evolve your performance.

After leaving the 3d surfboard design finalized, it is necessary to program this project to be exported and executed later in the shape machine. This process is done in two stages, Programming and Operation.

In programming, we learn from how to create the programming of a machine from scratch and the functionalities of eachtool even writes g-code from absolute zero.

Programmer

CNC

(3D SHAPE)

All our training and demonstrations in this course are used KOS shape machines in their most varied models, with programming in software and dedicated commands.

Operator

CNC

(SURF BOARDS)

After CNC programming, it's time to place the block on the machine and cut the planned 3D design.

In this part of the course you learn how to do thesetup  of the machine and all the lubrication, zeroing and positioning routines that are required to start cutting.

Preparation and analysis of the block you are going to use is extremely important so that the part comes out perfect without any damage and to know the correct sequence for the process to be complete.

All our training and demonstrations in this course are used KOS shape machines in their most varied models, with programming in software and dedicated commands.
