Sao Paulo-SP

BXEL is a surfboard factory  located in São Paulo (capital) and is currently licensed to 5 international brands, namely SharpEye, Santa Cruz, Surf Prescriptions and Gary Linden.

In addition to producing and distributing gringo boards throughout Brazil, BXEL also produces boards of all models under its own brand.

At the beginning of June/16, in a meeting with Marcio "Tubba", Julio made a proposal to develop an upgrade for his DSD machine, putting a cutting disc and doing all the electronic upgrade of his machine.

In just 1 month of work, KosBlanks developed the world's first upgrade for DSD machines using Cutting Disc and using Shape3D Software.

The machining quality and precision of the shapes that came out of the machine changed the market view of DSD machines and manufacturers now have a new opportunity to update their machine, not having to buy a new machine to update electronics. and software
